Hello there, I’m Kate Jordin, the baker behind The Bake Well Tart.

I have been creating unique celebration cakes for 15 years and I absolutely love what I do.

Whatever the occasion, I will work with you to ensure that your cake is the centrepiece you envisaged for your celebration.

I believe that as well as looking fantastic, your celebration cake should taste fantastic too. So I only use quality ingredients, like unrefined golden caster sugar, Madagascan vanilla extract, free range eggs and premium sugarpaste brands. I use tried and tested recipes and techniques. Fruit cakes are delicately aged and I only ever make sponge cakes a couple of days before so they are as fresh as possible.

With The Bake Well Tart you are getting a high quality cake, designed and created with unique artistic flair and style.

For weddings and big occasions, I offer a face to face consultation so you can be sure that you are getting exactly what you want for your special day.

For your peace of mind, I have my Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, 5 * EHO rating and full product and public liability insurance.
